Eoin was commissioned by Monaghan County Council to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Battle of the Somme. Three key Irish figures took part in the conflict. ‘For Valour’, a 20 page comic/graphic novel tells their stories. Eoin’s work has been shaped by a lifelong love of comics, graphic novels, horror movies and sci-fi. Early in his career, he had the honour of working with the late Will Eisner during which time he gained a clear understanding of storytelling in pictures.
