Eoin’s work has been shaped by a lifelong love of European Comics, Early 20th century illustration and Cinema. Early in his career, he was mentored by Will Eisner, from which he gained a comprehensive understanding of storytelling in pictures.
Beginning his career as a Graphic Designer in Germany, Eoin continues to bring a wealth of experience to bear on projects for clients as diverse as: Harper Collins, Dorling Kindersley, Attitude, The Daily Mail, FT, FHM and Zoo magazine and has worked with some of the finest writing talent in British comics including Gordon Rennie and John Wagner.
He is a regular contributor to U.K. Comics anthology 2000AD, and has held Solo Exhibitions at galleries such as the Dunamaise Arts Centre and the Alliance Française, Cork, where he recently showcased an exhibition of original French Film Posters. He has also led masterclasses in Comic art at the Ballyfermot College of Animation and Illustration, and The Alliance Française, Dublin.
